Bookings

Online booking requests are not final until confirmed by Trent Taxi by phone, text or email. We will do our best to accommodate every request but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Fares

Fares are charged as published on our Rates & Fares page. Online estimates are for guidance only. Tolls, gate charges, waiting time and listed extras are additional where stated.

Changes & cancellations

Please call (609) 423-5452 as early as possible to change or cancel a booking.

Passenger conduct

Drivers may refuse service to passengers who are abusive, endanger safety, or damage the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs they cause.

Lost property

Contact us promptly about items left in a vehicle. We'll do our best to return them but cannot accept liability for lost items.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, including missed flights. Please allow ample travel time.
