- Booking and contact details you submit — name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip date/time and notes.
- Usage data collected automatically by analytics and advertising tools, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.
- Advertising identifiers such as Google click IDs (gclid) or campaign parameters when you arrive from an ad.
How we use it
- To arrange, confirm and provide your ride, and to contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These services use cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and, where applicable, show relevant ads. When you submit a booking, we may share a securely hashed version of your email or phone number with Google for conversion measurement (“enhanced conversions”). You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and in your Facebook settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example email and hosting providers), or when required by law.
Retention & security
We keep booking records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes and protect them with reasonable technical safeguards.

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
